How to capture mask as final B&W image

This might be a strange question, but when I process images in Helicon Focus, I often find that the b&w mask created at the end of the process is super cool and I would love to just capture it as THE final image, or somehow create an image that looks like it. I wonder if someone can figure out a technique for me to use in Helicon or possibly in Photoshop to get to this result. For example, the attached image has a b&w mask of a flower created and I probably like it more than the actual flower on the left. Any help will be most appreciated!

I have posted this question quite a while back but have not received any replies :(. Hope that someone might see it now and share their wisdom on whether there is a way to do it...

I thought the exact same thing would love to capture those as well.
