Not detecting Nikon D500

I am trying to configure Helicon remote with my D500 using my iPad.
Helicon can see there is a Nikon, but is just not connecting. It says network device with the specified address is not found. It says check Tools>> Network cameras.
When I open tools on the iPad in Helicon remote - it doesn't show cameras.
I would really appreciate some help as I have spent days on this
