Nikon D850 Reverting to Small 8bit

I cannot shoot full-res images with NikonD850 v1.20 Firmware, always reverts to low res and pops up error window.
We've received the corresponding bug report from you and replied to it, but the e-mail address you specified is not valid.
The problem was not related to image quality settings at all. You probably figured it out already, but the solution was, most likely, just to unplug the camera and press the shutter release button to take one shot.
Another possibility is that mirror lock-up was turned on. It doesn't work with remote control and you must turn it off.
