5D MKii and Win 7 64 bit

Hello, I have just upgraded my laptop onto win 7 64 bit, when on XP I had no problems with Helicon Remote and my 5D MKii but the software will not see the camera now. I can use EOS Utility, Lightroom 3 in tethered mode and Breeze DSLR remote without problems it is just Helicon Remote that is having a problem with seeing the camera. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

That is strange. We constanly test 5DMKII with W7 in our office. Please run the program, connect the camera and Report a bug from menu\Help.

Hello, further to this as no follow up has occured I re-installed an older version from the dowmload link in an older post and this works fine, so there is obviously some issue with the latest version and Win 7 64 bit, Canon 5DMKii and USB 3 ?
