StackShot & helicon remote 2.3.13.w beta

Just updated the complete helicon focus series including remote control. My Cognisys StackShot module does noet work any more. The display of the StackShot shows that it is connected and controlled. The programme window of Helicon Remote shows that the stepper motor is recognized but the controls for a focus series are greyed out. Last version working was Remote 2.2.5w beta. Please find attached the logs.

this is taking too long - I always have updated to the latest version via the the update pulldown menue. Please find attached some jpgs giving you all the necessary information. I cannot understand that I still have a Helicon Remote beta!

Again: before updating the to this version of Helicon everything worked fine. I just control the StackShot without camera.

Can you please fix this situation asap - I had sent to you all the logs in December and nothing happened.

You said two weeks ago a new version was to be out in a dayt or two ....I think it may be time for a mass exit/credit card fee reversal to get your attention
