Configuration using iPhones that don't have Headphone jack

Instructions say to plug FB Tube cable into headphone jack. iPhones from 7 to more recent don't have a headphone jack. They only have a lightning jack. Does that mean iPhone 7 on up can't use the cable? How do we configure the tube?

The devices that have no 3.5 mm jack can only be used with an adapter

Looking up 3.5 mm audio jack to lightning adapter I find they are available.
