i modded my eakins digital microscope camera https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8eqj632svDM which is mostly use for PCB work so i can remote control the camera, positioning the AF motor etc. And i wanted to try focus stacking, tried a few other software and then found Helicon, which i just loaded the photos into and hit Render and it just worked.
