I have trouble at the edges of some petals with smearing of the left and right edge of the petals. Decreasing the exposure helps some but won't take it away completely. There is no motion of the flower. Adjusting the radius, smoothing or Method doesn't seem to help though Method C seems to be the least smeary. Any suggestions?

Please go to main menu->Edit->Preferences->Autoadjustments tab and set Rotation to 2%. In this case rotation compensation will allow improving the quality of the output.

Seems like the camera has been moving towards the object changing the scenery. We'd recommend minimizing this effect. For instance, by using Helicon Remote for focus bracketing automation, or by turning the lens focus ring.
