Save black and white preview?

Post by olivierr »

Is there way to save the last black and white preview image before it is replaced by the final rendered picture?
If not, is there a way to halt the rendering process e.g. by means of a key stroke?

I don't know if you're talking about both the depth and opacity maps.

You can save the depth_map by selecting "Save depthmap" :?: ... I'm operating Helicon Focus in German, so I don't know how it's called in English, Never the less, you'll get a .JPEG of the depth map.

If you select "save project file" - same as above - you'll be prompted for a folder and a project name. In the selected folder you'll find the .hproj-file which contains all related project settings. Additionally, there's a new folder with the project name which contains both the depth_map and opacity_map and the rendered result as .tiff files.

Hope that helps...

Kind regards
