Is it possible to execute HF via a command line call? We want to call it as part of a workflow and pass parameters for e.g. the folders, location etc.

Following on from this, is it possible to set HF command line scripts that include the splitting function that is available in HF 6?

I would like to load multiple folders from a single directory and then splitting all stacks into 19 images and then running the focus (with standard parameter for method B)

Also- what would the command for saving as LZW Tiff be?

Sorry, these options are not yet available in command line mode, we will check if it is possible to implement them.
