Best stacking method for protozoa

Post by MikeCT »

I am photography protozoa, which are basically transparent, and the resultant stacks are not as clear as I would like. Do any of you have experience with this, and do you haste any advice?

Many thanks

I can only suggest to use method C, as it should deal with semitransparent structures better than other methods.

Thanks: interestingly each of the three methods is better in some parts of the image than others. However, Method C does seem to be the overall winner.

Thanks. You can process the stack with different methods and then combine results on the Retouching tab. New version allows you to use alternative results as a source for cloning.
