Yes, this is a macOS "feature" since 12.0 - every macOS update requires that we recompile the OpenCL code for it to work. This wasn't necessary before 12.0. This has nothing to do with Helicon Focus being an Intel app.
We're working on an update.

Just updated to Helicon Focus 8.2.1, running on Ventura 13.1. Now I'm getting the same error message!

Re-download Helicon Focus, we've just updated it with support for 13.1: https://www.heliconsoft.com/downloads/HeliconFocus.dmg
