changed camera, and focus bracketing don't change focus point. If I use Auto Focus button it works fine. Tried to check camera settings, AF-S, lens autofocus, M mode, HDR off.....something else I should check?

It's likely something in the camera settings because no one else has reported this issue. Z9 is a new camera, but I know we have a few customers who use it. I don't exactly know what the problem is, my guess would be something with the AF settings, but who knows. Can you reset all the camera body settings (save your current settings first)?
