Error whenever pre rendering or rendering

I recently updated adobe dng converter, upgraded my computers ram, and attempted the different methods A,B, and C to attempt rendering all without success. Sometimes the errors come up quick and promptly , other times it renders close to the end before displaying an error.

The most common error messages I’m receiving are

“ exception rendering preview: failed to create dng file from raw using adobe converter”

Aswell as

“ exception rendering: write error at scan line 5442 (or whatever different number it chooses to display”

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as It’s been extremely finicky when deciding to render a stack.

Please send a bug report after an error occurs (menu - Help - Contact support). In 99% of cases neither of these two errors are caused by Helicon Focus, but either way a report should help us see what's wrong.

I've tried changing my memory allocation from 100% all the way to 0% and neither have made a difference. What am I missing/doing wrong?

There is nothing you're doing wrong, most likely your computer doesn't have enough free RAM or enough free space on the C: drive. We'll know more after you send the report so we can study it.
