Installed latest version on MacBook Pro 2023, "failed to initialise OpenCL please update gpu drivers"

MacBook is up to date

running latest version of hf , any ideas please?

I think generally, there is a small, incremental update to HF after each OS update. The current situation in Karkhiv may delay this somewhat so please be patient. I did a 60 stack yesterday using .dng files and it was only marginally slower without CL.

Thanks for the input Mike, i'm still abit baffled by the fact this software needs fixing every time there seems to be an update, seems odd to me.

I'm also confused as to how my macbook is so quick with lightroom and photoshop compared to my old gaming pc, but my old gaming pc is way faster than my macbook when using HF, which makes you wonder if HF is utilising apples power as well as it should

It wouldn't need fixing if Apple didn't break it with every update (which they only started doing with macOS 13).
With regards to performance let's wait for OpenCL support (likely tomorrow) and then run the benchmark. Were you comparing the exact same stack with the same settings?
