3D render Exporting black

When I go to export my 3D render the final movie just comes out black. Exporting at a lower frame rate or lower resolution doesn't seem to fix it.
I have edited the image in Helicon using the clone tool etc. Any help appreciated.

Assuming it's on Mac - yes indeed. Sorry for the trouble, this is the temporary solution while we're working on a permanent one.

I actually forgot this was already posted on the forums, thank you very much for the link!
