i have some problem with focus stacking

What kind of a problem? Please give us some details.

Check the source images where those parts are in focus. Are you able to paint those missing details in using the retouching tool? If this can be fixed with retouching, try varying the radius and smoothing parameters.
Alternatively, you might find that there are no source images that provide these parts of the image in sharp focus.
