Canon R5 Mark ii cannot start shooting

Hi,

I am testing the demo of Helicon Remote, and I cannot get the software to start. Here are the symptoms:

1. I start helicon remote
2. Connect r5 mark ii, it shows connected.
3. HR takes a photo
4. Nothing happens, no buttons are functional.
5. I tried to turn off the camera, it says "Saving... remaining images: 1"
6. I have to replace my memory card to reset the camera.

Previously, I chose to save files directly to the PC, and then I uninstalled EOS utility - but this still happens.

I am using Windows 11

Unfortunately I have the exact same problem.
I'm pretty sure it's due to a setting on the camera. Maybe someone will get in touch who has the same camera and can tell us their settings.
