Trying to create an HDR from two series of images in which I only changed the exposure, I asked ChatGPT and it replied:
“Some advanced focus stacking programs (like Helicon Focus, Pro version) allow importing HDR series or working with multiple exposure layers.”
Is there any tutorial about this?

No, ChatGPT is not a knowledge base or a search engine, and in this case it's just wrong.
Helicon Focus only does focus stacking. If you have exposure bracketing combined with focus bracketing, for example if each shot is made at 3 different exposure levels, you should first render the 3 focus stacks (each with the same fixed exposure) and then use HDR software to merge the 3 results. You may or may not have to turn off auto-crop in Helicon Focus for the results to be aligned identically.
