Here is the Link. https://youtu.be/biR0_fA2U28
it has to be something I am doing wrong on my end...
When I click "save all" everything works great.
Update: #1 below must have just been a system glitch on my end, I have save a few times now with not issues.
#2 is still odd and the 3d thing is odd. I am making a video and will post the link to my YT once done so you all can view it I am going to try and set it to private so only you can view it from the link and it is not out there for all to see.
----
1. When I just want to save one item and I go to File--Save--and click okay after selecting my destination Helicon crashes and closes.
2. When I stack outputs, the new output looks odd it is almost all gray scale this happens in A B or C when saving as TIFF unable to attach the TIFF due to the 10mg size restrictions.
there is something funny with the 3d export thing too, but I need to make sure it was not my setting, instead or rocking back and forth, round and round or whatever it is called, it is flipping front to back. maybe it is something I did.

Please do upload the video if you can, set it to "Unlisted" - that means anyone with the link can view ("Private" means that only your account can view it).
Re: Mac 9.0.7 Crashing and Stack Output is odd
It's definitely not you. Our developers are looking into the issues. The model rotation is incorrect in the new 3D viewer and I don't think you can influence it. If you install Rosetta, what you can do is download Helicon Focus 8 and use its older 3D viewer. Or use both the viewer and Focus 8 itself.
We're also looking into the gray images. We might need to ask you for a sample image, but I'm waiting for the developers to study the problem.
Your source images are not in raw format, they are either JPG or TIFF. I can't see the file extensions on the video, but they are obviously not raw because there's no "Raw development settings" button. That is why you can't save the result as DNG (which is raw format, and only is available when every source image in the stack is raw).

Re: Mac 9.0.7 Crashing and Stack Output is odd
I will hold off on the Rosetta thing, I do not do a lot of 3d but I do some sometime. I can wait till it gets sorted out.
the video link is in response to your last paragraph about the source files not be RAW, maybe I am mistunderstanding but I am using RAW, so maybe it the source files as in after they are stacked they are DNG which are not RAW so you can not save as DNG?.?.?.

Aslo I have attached a photo, I noticed there are no check boxes anymore next to the source files where you can pick files you might not want to use in different stacks. there is only 1 box on the first image and that is it. I did notice, though after I do a few stacks and I switched back-and-forth from the outputs that some of the boxes start to show up, but they show up on top of each other, not next to the source image and if that ever happens again, I can try to take a screenshot, but it's it's hit or miss. I guess I should say when that happens.
let me know if you need anything such as the CR3 files of the butterfly scales in the video for the grayscale thing.
As Always thank for your help and having such a great product!!!!!

Re: Mac 9.0.7 Crashing and Stack Output is odd
Now I see, yes, thank you. I wasn't paying enough attention the first time: your actual sources are raw, but when you do "Stack outputs" those outputs no longer count as raw files and that's why you can't save to DNG.
Check boxes - yes, we know, also investigating, as well as the first two problems (the dark result, and the outputs not being raw).
Please let me know the model of your camera that shot these CR3 files, besides that I don't need anything more right now. Thank you for taking the time to show these problems so clearly.
