Dear all,

has anyone else problems with grafik failures / error after rendering a stack?

I've a Dell G5 laptop with an Intel UHD 630 (26.20.100.6860) and a NVidia GTX1060 with Max-Q design (431.60) and it looks like this (see attachment) when I try to render a stack.

Doesn't make any difference if I use the Intel UHD 630 or the NVidia grafic processor. Even the Fail Safe mode doesn't change anything.

I also tried to start the software allocated to the NVidia graphic processor, but without success.

Are there any incompatibilities with laptops which have two graphic cards? The old version 7.0.2 works finde without any graphic problems.

Please go to Edit > Preferences > Performance tab and set the Use OpenCL hardware acceleration to No OpenCL acceleration. Please try rendering the stack again and let us know if this helps.

If not, please go to main menu > Help > Deactivate, to deactivate current license registration, then register the license again: Help->Register online..., and enter the ******** activation code.
