Nikon D5200 live view freezes for a moment...

Helicon remote pairs with my Nikon D5200 but after a few moments the live view freezes and starts again. What could be the problem?

Please reproduce the error and send a bug report (menu - Feedback - Report a bug on Android / iOS; menu - Help - Report a bug on Windows / Mac).
