Hi,

I'm having trouble using Helicon Remote with my Nikon D5600. I got a set of instructions from Helicon Support a few weeks back but still cannot get it to work.

I am able to connect and control my Nikon D5600 using Nikon's Snapbridge though.

Do you have the latest firmware installed (released in May 2019)?
