Still struggling with loading and rendering .dng files. HeliconFocus crashes every time. I have several deadlines approaching and need to get this resolved within the next day or two please.

Sorry for the trouble you're having with the program. I also realize this reply is late, but we have replied to your e-mail error report on time. So far it looks like you've discovered an unknown bug in the software and we don't yet understand how to trigger it (we can't fix a problem we cannot reproduce). Hopefully, you'll be able to reply to our diagnostic questions so we can iron this error out.
