Hi There,

I am testing out helicon remote with a Canon EOS 7D mark ii camera body. When attaching the camera, helicon remote says that the camera is unsupported. I see this Canon under your list of supported cameras, so I'm not sure why I'm getting the error message. I'd really like to purchase the software if I can get it to work. I'm running Mac OS Big Sur.

please make sure to install the latest version of Helicon Remote from our website: https://www.heliconsoft.com/software-downloads/

Support of this camera body has been added in 2015, so I assume you may be running an earlier version now.
