I purchased a a life time license last year. I reinstalled windows a few times now its saying my license cannot be used on more than 4 computers.

or do i fix this or get a new license

we've removed the old keys and our support team tried contacting you by email. Seems like our emails may not reach you.
Please register the license again using your activation code: open Helicon Focus top menu->Help->Register online... and enter the ******** activation code.
