The download link for the beta is still pointing to the 4.0.6. version.

Double-checked again, but it's v.4.1.4. Could you please try again and let me know your OS?

I am using Windows 10 verion 21H1,
When i look at the properties of the downloaded file i see in the detail tab version 4.0.6.0.
After intall it says at the top of the window Helicon Remote (ver. 4.0.6 W)

Still the 4.0.6. version after download from your link. Ill attach a screendump from the properties tab where you can see that it is the 4.0.6 version.

After downloading via an Android Tablet i got the right one, version 4.1.4. I still don't understand why downloading via windows gives me a different version, but my problem is solved.
