Live view shows only a gray screen, all other functions work correctly.

I am using a Canon Rebel T6 and Helicon Remote for Android. I have installed the beta, as this seemed to be a common suggestion, and the issue was not resolved. I have followed the setup guide and set my camera to single shooting and FlexiZoneAF[]. All seems to work minus the live view, which is gray. I can still take a photo and see a preview.

Is it always just plain gray, or do you sometimes see text on the gray background? You should see "Camera not connected" when nothing is connected, and "Live view is off" when a camera is connected but live view is turned off. Do you ever see either of these?

The screen is gray when a camera is connected and live view is on.

I understood that, but do you see the text when the camera is NOT connected?

The "Camera Not Connected" text does appear when a camera is not connected.

Please uninstall the app, then reinstall it from Play Market, and send a bug report (menu - Feedback - Report a bug) if the problem still occurs.
