我项目结束或者关闭后会连带我存储设备中其他的源文件一起删除，甚至删了其他与项目无关的文件和文件夹，在电脑的垃圾桶里面也没办法找到

You need to save the resulting file before exiting Helicon Focus. The simplest way to do so is press Cmd + S, proceed to choose the file location and press Save.
