I just installed Helicon Focus v. 8.1.0. That installation worked perfectly. I notice that I can now launch v. 8.1.0, but I can also still launch v. 7.7.4. My operating system is Windows 10, latest version. When I launch the Control Panel and choose Uninstall or Change a Program, the only version of Helicon Focus appearing there is 8.1.1.0. There is no choice for 7.7.4. So, how do I uninstall 7.7.4?

We have updated the 8.1.0 installer and this issue no longer happens, but for those of you who updated earlier there is such a nuisance. Helicon Focus 7 is, effectively, uninstalled correctly, but some of its main files remain in the installation folder (e. g. "C:\Program Files\Helicon Software\Helicon Focus 7"). You can delete this folder manually.
