Is there a recommended method for combining the micropanorama stitching and focus stacking. I am trying to create a single focus stack and height map of a fracture surface that is larger than the field of view in my microscope.
If I can capture a stack at one position then adjust positions to capture another stack that would be the most convenient as I can more easily replicate the focus position than the sample stage positioning. If I have to create a separate panorama for each focus depth and and then perform the focus stack afterwards I can do that but it would be much more labor intensive.
Combining micropanorama and focus stacking?
Re: Combining micropanorama and focus stacking?
Other people, I know, stacked first then created the panorama, but the panorama was stitched in another program like Photoshop.
