Hello,
I'm using a sony a7riii with a sigma lens (Sigma 70mm f/2.8 DG Macro Art).
My problem is that the lens don't even move with any of the different focus steps, or take pictures, nothing. The software recognize the camera as it appears, but that's all.

Hello Pedro,

Please note that after you start Helicon Remote and connect the camera, it takes a few seconds to initialize communication, the camera takes a shot during this period. You shouldn't attempt to do anything during this period (which is not clearly indicated by the program's interface, we'll fix that later). If that's not it and the program really doesn't work at all with the camera, please press the "Take picture" button (after waiting 10 seconds for the initial activity to complete) and send a bug report (menu - Help - Report a bug).
