software problem on ipad

I bought the software on the ipad, but unfortunately the menu is not comprehensive and many functions are not available, so that I can't report the software's bug, because I can't find the menu options

The option to report a problem is menu - Feedback.
Which functions are not available?

it looks like your camera is not connected to the ipad.
is your camera connected with wifi ?

This is obviously very wrong and we don't know how this is even possible. Please reinstall the app (by uninstalling and then installing), reboot iOS. If this same problem still occurs after that, please send a bug report (menu - Feedback). The menu button in the top right is visible, so hopefully the menu is accessible and you can send the report.
Does the screen look the same with no camera connected?
