I am a consultant helping my friend upgrade his HeiconSoft Image Pro. I/we cannot find anywhere in Lightroom CC (Mac) a way to add the Reg Code. The Help (Question mark in a circle) does not respond to a click (right or left).

Launch Helicon Focus, select Help>Register online, insert the licence number and it will register online.

You register within Helicon Focus, not LR CC.

When installing Helcion Focus make sure you install the LR plug-in to use Helicon from within LR.

When I am in MacOS and click on the Helicon icon, it takes me to Helicon but the Help does not produce a menu (right or left click on the "?").

Am I missing something?

The MacOS Application and Lightroom in the Library are showing the correct versions of Helicon as well as Helicon Preferences has the correct path in LR.
