Hi there,

I tried Helicon for the first time and got stucked in problems. I can't export raw pictures from LR to Helicon Focus. If I convert my pics to jpg, everything goes well.
My setup:

Sony A7RIVA
LR Classic 11.4.1
Camera Raw 14.4

Hope you could help me, so I will purchase the registered version.

Hi,

Please install (copy) Helicon Focus to Applications. Then run it from there, do not run it directly from inside a mounted DMG file. Once you open Helicon Focus from Applications, go to menu - Preferences Integration, press "Uninstall", then "Install". This will solve the problem.

Thanks Catherine, now it works fine.

I'll continue testing and most probably register "official" version of Helicon Focus.
