When I export my Sony RAW files from Lightroom to Helicon Focus the images that are transferred are the original RAW files, and not the images with any edits applied in Lightroom. Am I missing something, or do I for example have to create a virtual copy and export that to Helicon. Just a bit confused here.

There is no way (as far as we know) to force Lightroom to apply edits to the exported images. However, when the result is imported back from Helicon Focus, it should receive the same adjustments that the source images have. In effect, it's the same as if stacking edited images.
