Hello! I just got a cogisys stackshot and the motor, when using the software buttons in helicon remote, doesnt move. It will simply attempt to move and then revert back into its original position. The motor works fine up and down without the computer connection. Once I attempt to set a frame It pushes the motor to a designated spot and wont budge. any idea? thanks!

Turn off the "Auto-return" option in the control box settings.
