another "failed to save file" with a twist

I have been getting
"Failed to save file C:/users/*********************************************/image_003 .jpg, check that folder is accessible, allowed for writing and enough free space is available."
I get this for every image in a shoot. after I remove them all, 0ne by one. there is a message saying they have been saved and would I like to view them in Helicon focus. From that point all is well.
