It seems I can only send one stack at a time from Capture One and each stack I send opens its own instance of Helicon Focus. Is it possible to implement batch processing directly from capture one or make it so only one instance of Helicon Opens containing all of the individual stacks?

No, it's not possible. If you can export all the files at once, then you could load them into batch mode and use "split stack" to define individual stacks.

I had a feeling it wasn't possible. I don't use the plugin and just export everything then run a batch from helicon but I'll check out the split stack feature to see if its any quicker. Thanks!
