D850 No Images

Hi,
I am able to easily connect to the D850 however when I take a single photo Helicon Remote then freezes. Also when I use burst mode I hear the shutter however there a no images on the card.
Has anyone had these issues?

There are no images on the memory card because that is the default behavior, images are downloaded to the computing device. Adjust the app's settings - Saving - RAW / JPEG download mode.
