How do I de-activate an android tablet? The windows version has de-activation as an option of help/advanced but that is not an option on the android version.

There's no such option because it's not needed. What are you trying to achieve?

I am going to replace the tablet and will want to activate Helicon Remote on the new tablet.

You don't have to do anything special and no deactivation is required, simply sign in on your new tablet and that's it.
