when I do a software update check, I am always told my software is up to date, yet when I go the your website there is an update available. for instance I have installed 8.2.5. did a check and stated up to date, but when go to website there is an 8.2.7 available. why is this?

With the release of macOS 13 Apple changed something and now it's impossible to auto-update the software, it's indicated as "damaged" after update. Only downloading with a web browser works. We will look into this further, but for now automatic updates are not available on Mac.
