Button START VIDEO RECORDING is disabled

Everything in Helicon Remote works just fine except I cannot record video. The button TOOLS/START RECORDING VIDEO is greyed out.
Camera: Canon EOS 6D MarkII
Camera Mode: Photo
Tablet: Samsung Galaxy Tab8
Helicon Remote Software version:4.4.6
Connection: USB
Settings/Saving: Leave in camera for everything
Camera has a working card installed.
Any ideas?

That's odd, we don't recall any conditions that need to be fulfilled for the video recording to be available. Please send a bug report from the app (menu - Feedback - Report a bug).
