problem with size in saving image full size

When I run the stack I can see the image with a magnifier but when I save the image it only saves it in a 1621/1080 size. I see no options anywhere to change that size to the full size of the image.

Note I started up helicon from an old expired installation then downloaded the latest release for a new trial. At one point I saw a warning about helicon when expired would still work but would limit the output file size. I think that is what happening. I was going to delete everything and try to start a new trial. Is this the best way to get a fresh trial with full capabilities?

thanks,

Mike

Hello Mike,

If your 30-day trial has run out, then you're in "Demo" mode (which means the program is not registered and functionality is restricted, unlike the "Trial" mode which only lasts for 30 days, but is fully featured). In Demo mode the saved results will always be reduced resolution, but there should also be watermark on the image. If you get reduced size files but no watermark - that would be odd.

If your trial has already run out, reinstalling will not get a new one. The only way for me to give you a new trial is generate a key that you will activate via offline registration. Check you private messages on the forum after reading this, I'll send you the key.
