The Helicon Focus software is resizing the image from 4000×6000 to 1000×600. What can I do?

The issue only occurs when trying to save the image as a DNG. Any ideas on what I can do? I've tried adjusting the settings in preferences, but it didn't help.

Hello,
Do you have the Pro license (or Premium)?
What are you viewing the images with? 1000x600 could be the size of the embedded JPEG preview, not the raw file itself. This happens when the software can't decode DNG files, but is able to extract the preview.

Adobe posted an update to the DNG Converter today ... may help if a new camera.
