I was wondering if you can save focus bracketing settings in Helicon Remote? I have 2 separate setups running simultaneously. There settings are relatively close with small changes, can you save bracketing settings?

No, sorry, it's impossible to make such a function work reliably. You can memorize the number of shots/interval and enter them manually, but you have to also set the focal plane to the correct starting position as there is no way to automate that.
