Hello! I an having trouble connecting my Canon 5Ds to Helicon Remote. I am using a tether tools cable. Also, I don't think the connection is the problem since I am able to connect and tether (with live view) to the Canon EOS Utility 3.

Can someone please help me?

Hello Marius,

Please send a bug report from Helicon Remote when the camera is connected and turned on: menu - Help - Report a bug. But before that, first make sure to completely exit any camera-related software, and only then run Helicon Remote. Software conflicts can and will cause problems.
