I'm new to Helicon Remote. When I open it, the screen keeps going dark. Is there anyone having the same issue? How can I solve it?

Hello, you are probably seeing the actual image according to your exposure settings. Try shining a light on your scene, or increasing exposure.
And check the lens cap.
