Hi everyone, I can't get the app to function, it just briefly opens a grey screen and then shut off...
Any help appreciated, and sorry if there is already a topic about it, I didn't find it...

Hi, I sent you a personal message with a link to the new version of the app. Please uninstall your current Helicon Remote, then download and install the APK from the message. Check your private messages via this link: ucp.php?i=pm&folder=inbox
Let me know if there's any change in the bahavior of the new version.

There is no logo, but it doesn't matter, clearly the app shouldn't crash. Could you record the crash on video?

Is your phone rooted?

It somehow occurred faster when I took the video, it usually displays a grey screen, then the notification bar is visible, the screen tilts and it crashes... And no, the phone is not rooted

That is unfortunate, if it was rooted you'd be able to read the system log and see info about the crash. Do you have a Windows computer?

Yes I do, I wanted to root it but I couldn't find how for this particular phone
