Hi, I am a registered user of Helicon Focus and wanting to buy Helicon Remote - but cannot access your website.
Have tried many times over the past week, from different pc's, from Firefox and MS Edge, but always get a "website is not responding" message. Can you help. please?

Hi,

Most likely something is blocking our site on your end, but we'll check the server logs. Meanwhile, here are the purchase links:
Mobile app
Multi-platform (Windows/Mac + the mobile app)

Do you have a different Internet provider to try, e. g. at work vs. at home, or cellular Internet vs. your regular channel? You can make a purchase via the link, and you will receive the activation code, but online activation won't work if our web server is blocked. Let me know if that is the case.

Thank you for your quick reply. I was able to purchase the software, but not able to connect to /software-downloads. Might be a security issue this end, and I will wait until next week when I can contact our IT specialist over here (NZ).

Here are the alternative links, but this site might possibly be blocked for you too, let me know.
Windows
Mac

I'm 99% sure using a different Internet provider will solve the problem. Or using VPN, or Tor Browser (simple and free).

Thank you. Tor downloaded your software, but registration flicked me back to firefox and your server was "taking too long to respond" again. Actually, I was able to access your server up until a week ago, but two days later - no more!

Please try again now, turns out your request was flagged as suspicious by our server. We have un-blocked you and disabled the protection rules, so it should all work now.
We're very sorry about the inconvenience. It looks like a bug in the third-party script that our server is using to protect from attacks (that we have now disabled).
